Who we are
HanBeautyUS is an online store operated by Moriah Group LLC (Hanover Park, Illinois). Orders ship from the Chicago, Illinois area.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States where our active carriers can service your address. If you see shipping rates at checkout, we can ship to that address. If checkout shows “no shipping rates available”, we cannot ship there at this time.
Non-contiguous states, territories, and special address types
- We ship within the United States where checkout shows available rates and delivery options.
- Some destinations (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories) and some address types (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO) may have limited carrier availability.
- If a shipping option is not available for your address, checkout will show it as unavailable.
Processing time (before shipping)
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time.

Address changes and cancellations
- Address accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
- Changes before shipment: If you need to change an address or cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help.
- After shipment: Once an order ships, address changes may not be possible. Carrier reroutes may be unavailable or may involve additional fees.
- Return to sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, reshipment may require payment of additional shipping costs.
Split shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship in multiple packages. If that happens, we will provide tracking details for each shipment.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Lost, missing, or delivered-but-not-found
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:
- Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- Email us and we will help you with next steps
