Return and Refund Policy (HanBeautyUS)

Key facts

  • For hygiene and safety, K-Beauty products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original undamaged packaging.
  • Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • For approved eligible returns from contiguous US addresses, we can provide a prepaid return label.

Return eligibility (unopened items only)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused (no broken seals and no signs of use)
  • In original packaging, with the box and packaging undamaged
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number)

If a product does not have a factory seal, “unopened” means it shows no signs of being opened, used, or tampered with, and the original packaging is intact and undamaged.

Non-returnable items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items (unless required to be returned for a full refund)

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

When applicable, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@hanbeautyus.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return
  2. If approved, we will send return instructions and (when applicable) a prepaid label

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we do not accept returns without prior approval. The return address and instructions are provided after approval.

Return shipping label

For approved eligible returns shipped from contiguous US addresses, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the returned item arrives and does not meet eligibility conditions (opened, used, damaged box, missing parts), we may deny the refund and may deduct return shipping costs if applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are typically non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund processing typically occurs within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can help. Payment disputes and chargebacks may delay resolution and may require us to share order and delivery documentation with payment providers.
